FULL ROAD CLOSURE OVER VRŠIČ PASS

Due to the reconstruction of the state road and the improvement of parking areas (asphalting), the road will be closed from 4:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026 until 6:00 a.m. on 25 August 2026.
- Road: R1-206
- Section: 1043 Ruska cesta (Erika–Vršič) (from km 8.575 to km 8.948)
- Section: 1028 Vršič–Trenta (from km 0.000 to km 0.330)
In case of bad weather, the road closure will be postponed to a later date.
