CLOSURES OF THE PREDEL-BOVEC ROAD

Check when the closures on the Predel – Bovec regional road will apply.
During the reconstruction works on the state road R1-203, section 1002 Predel – Bovec from km 12,800 to 13,020, a complete closure of the road is expected from 7 March 2022 to 29 April 2022, from Monday to Friday according to the following schedule:
› from 7.30 to 11.30,
› from 12:00 to 14:30 and
› from 16.00 to 18.00.
In the meantime and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), traffic will continue to be regulated by traffic-dependent traffic lights, alternating one-way.
During the complete closure, access will be provided from the Gorenjska direction to Bovec via Vršič pass, and to Log pod Mangartom via Predel pass. Users are asked to monitor the state of traffic on the Vršič and Predel passes during the winter conditions at the Traffic Information Center.
