The projects are co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Italy–Slovenia Programme.
The deadline for registration via the registration form is Friday, 4 September 2026.
Programme
| 9.00–9.45 | Arrival and registration of registered participants (parking available, collection of pre-booked e-bikes and safety instructions) |
| 9.45–10.00 | Opening remarks, a brief presentation of the event’s purpose and both projects, and introduction of the event ambassador – joining us will be Andrej Hauptman, Sports Director of UAE Team Emirates XRG |
| 10.00–10.20 | Guided e-bike tour from Robič (car park by the Nadiža River) along the new Staro selo–Kobarid cycle link |
| 10.20–11.00 | Symbolic opening of the new Staro selo–Kobarid cycle link in Sužid, coffee break |
| 11.00–12.00 | Continuation of the organised cycling tour towards Livek |
| 12.00–12.30 | Arrival of participants in Livek, refreshments and return of the pre-booked e-bikes |
| 12.30–13.00 | Official opening of the Smart Cycling Station (Smart Station) |
| 13.00–15.00 | Reception, performance by Peter Della Bianca & d Toukrs, and social gathering |
| 15.00–17.00 | Organised shuttle transfer from Livek to Robič (to the car park by the Nadiža River) |
Simultaneous interpreting will be provided at the event. The number of participants on the guided cycling tour is limited. In the event of rain, the guided cycling tour (the programme from 9.00 to 12.30) will be rescheduled to a date with more favourable weather conditions.
