Alenka Klinar will speak about sport, climbing, decision-making in the mountains and the important connection between body and mind. Drawing on her own experience of overtraining, an accident and recovery, she will explore topics including movement, nutrition, psychological challenges and the balance between ambition, responsibility and listening to oneself.
The lecture will be personal, honest and inspiring, inviting visitors to reflect on the importance of making the right decisions – both in the mountains and in everyday life.
