Opening of the Soča Valley Hiking & Biking Festival

You are warmly invited to the opening event of this year’s Soča Valley Hiking & Biking Festival.
The first evening will feature a travel lecture by Urban Gregorc entitled The Pacific Crest Trail. The event will take place on Friday, September 19, at 6 p.m. in the Stergulc House in Bovec.
Through words and photographs, Urban will present one of the most famous long-distance hiking trails in the world – the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). Stretching for more than 4,200 kilometers, the trail led him from the Mexican border, across the diverse landscapes of the American West, all the way to Canada.
At 8 p.m., the evening will continue with an intimate concert by Rudi Bučar.
