Everyone likes to sway a little to the rhythms of good music. Dance is in our blood. Yet, most of us are caught up in our everyday lives and sometimes we forget how good rhythm and melody do to our bodies. It lifts our spirits, takes us into the flow of life. In our dance evenings, through music and movement, we bring our attention back to our bodies, ground ourselves and release tension. We dance spontaneously, as the moment dictates. We let go of judgments of ourselves and others, we let go of the rules of learned movements. We just let go and enjoy the music, in the company of ourselves and others in the circle. A safe space is created for the potential to express ourselves through movement. And above all, we have fun.
