It doesn't get any closer than the cheesemaker next door
Boštjan is a neighbour of the guesthouse, actually a neighbour with a cheese factory from which the guesthouse's kitchen is supplied. And the cheese on the plate is made mainly from sheep's milk and partly from goat's or cow's milk. Surrounded by walnuts and honey, it is the perfect starter for every day of the year.
