The house was completed in July 2025.
The house has three bedrooms, all with quality beds & Mattresses, high quality linens. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with large walk-in shower. Terrific views from all windows.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace. Utility room with washing machine and Dryer.
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Large garden area patio area and BBQ.
The house is conveniently located close to a campsite which has a bar and small restaurant. The house is close to the Soca river and various hiking trails.
Please be aware wifi in the Soca Valley is slow, the house has mobile wifi and it is fine for general use but if streaming movies it can be slow or inconsistent especially during the day, the mornings and evenings are better.
This property is registered for maximum 6 guests, including infants. Please ensure you do not exceed this number before making a reservation.
Pets – Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure, please contact us for clarification. Thank you
Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14-30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
