Ice rinks in the Soča Valley

This winter, two ice rinks are available for skating fans in the Soča Valley.
Skating rink Kanal
Until February 25, 2024, an ice rink will be in operation in Kanal.
Location of the skating rink: Kanal Primary School playground
The ice rink is covered with a large tent, which served as protection against the weather and allows smooth skating in all weather conditions.
The ice rink is free, skate rental is €3.00 per day for adults and €1.00 per day for children.
Ice rink schedule:
Monday—Friday: 3:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
During weekends and holidays, catering and an accompanying animation program will also be provided.
Skating rink Bovec
Until February 25, 2024, an ice rink will operate in the center of Bovec.
Location of the ice rink: city center, in front of the Bovec Cultural Center
The rink is not covered. In case of rain, the rink is closed.
The ice rink is free, renting skates is €3.00 per day.

Monday—Friday: 2:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m
Saturday, Sunday, holidays, school holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
